The No-Gi Program offers students the opportunity to learn the same Jiu-Jitsu that's taught in Gi classes, but also how to adapt to no-gi situations.
This “No-Gi” class is designed for beginners and advanced students and consists of basic traditional Jiu-Jitsu techniques adapted to make up for the lack of a uniform to grab. Students will learn how to take down, hold down and apply joint locks to submit opponents who are not wearing a Gi (uniform).
- Drills and rolling (live training)
This class is an excellent way to transition your Jiu-Jitsu techniques into self-defense. Students must wear shorts and rash guard to attend this class.
Note: The rash guard is available for purchase in pro-shop.View Class Schedule
